A controlled publishing workflow for briefs, metadata, previews and rollback, without treating speed as the quality standard.

Approve the page purpose first

A publishing tool can shorten deployment, but it cannot decide whether another page is useful. Before using Reputifly Archimedes, define the visitor question, the evidence available and the existing URL that might already answer it. Prefer improving that URL when the intent is the same.

Prepare a complete handoff

  • Approved title, copy and section hierarchy.
  • One canonical URL and a redirect decision for any replaced page.
  • Images with usage permission, descriptive alternatives and suitable dimensions.
  • Relevant internal links and a clear next step.
  • Metadata and structured data that match visible information.

Preview the actual destination

Check the rendered page on mobile and desktop, including navigation, images and forms. Verify that the preview environment has not been mistaken for the production destination. Keep unrelated layouts and legal content outside the release.

Publish a narrow change

Read the latest production version and save a restorable copy. Compare what changed before applying the update. Release the approved page or fields, then check the public URL, status code, canonical and image responses. Preserve the rollback record.

Separate deployment from indexing

A successful publication does not mean Google has indexed or ranked the page. Use the normal sitemap and Search Console inspection workflow. Google’s helpful-content guidance emphasises usefulness to people; a large output volume is not a substitute for it.
